Is this worth it vs. booking directly?
Most organizers spend hours coordinating a group booking on their own, chasing payments and juggling schedules — we take that off your plate, and our group rates are often better than booking individually.
How does billing work for groups?
One group invoice (you collect from guests) or individual guest invoices; corporate events are invoiced to the company directly.
Can each guest choose their own treatment or activity?
Yes — each guest gets a shared link to select preferences, and we build a schedule that works for everyone.
What types of wellness experiences do you coordinate?
Any group wellness experience — spa days, wellness retreats, corporate wellness events, bachelorette parties, and more.
How much does it cost?
Every group is unique, so we provide a custom quote based on group size, preferences, and budget.
How far in advance should we book?
2–4 weeks for corporate events, 3–6 weeks for celebrations — we'll always try to accommodate shorter notice when possible.
